Prices: All prices include VAT. Delivery charges are calculated and shown before you complete checkout.
3. Delivery Terms
Delivery Area: We deliver to most central UK locations. Your postcode will be checked during checkout to confirm delivery availability.
Delivery Time: Our standard delivery target is 25–35 minutes for central London locations. Times may vary based on demand and location. Delivery times are estimates only.
Delivery Charge: A delivery charge of £2.99 applies to all orders. Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery (where applicable).
4. Payment
Accepted Methods: We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Payment Security: All payments are processed securely. We never store your card details on our servers.
Payment Timing: Payment is taken immediately upon order placement. If payment fails, your order will not be processed.

Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it for a full refund. After 5 minutes, your order enters our preparation queue and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds: If you're dissatisfied with your order, contact us within 24 hours. We'll provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
